Role Summary:

Drive revenue by managing the end-to-end performance of Retail, F&B, and Service Concessions. Oversee contract negotiations, vendor compliance, 24/7 operational efficiency, and tenant mix to maximize passenger experience and commercial yield.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the long-term commercial strategy for retail and F&B outlets to exceed revenue targets.
• Tenant Management: Direct the RFP/tender process for new concessionaires, evaluate proposals, and negotiate highly profitable lease and license agreements.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales per passenger (SPP), conversion rates, and overall commercial Key Performance Indicators to optimize space utilization.
