As the Head ER, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the Plant HR Head.
The purpose of your role is to promote productive and progressive employee relation within the unit, and also facilitate employment law compliances to ensure disruption free plant operations. To maintain harmonious relations between management, workmen and concerned key stakeholders.
