Vacancy Description
- Develop and execute mid-to-long-term sourcing strategies (1–3 years) align with cost targets (should-cost models, benchmarks), technology roadmap and demand forecasts.
- Cost optimization by driving price negotiations, cost breakdown analysis and deliver annual savings target and cost avoidance during inflation cycles
- Lead discussions on contract management for long-term agreements.
- Supplier commercial management through volume allocation strategies, payment terms optimizations affecting cash flow
- Supplier management and development by identifying key/critical suppliers, single-source risks
- Monitor supplier performance through cost competitiveness, delivery performance, quality (with SQA)
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and supplier improvement programs together with SQA
