Section Chief – Refinery (TRC)

As the Section Chief, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality refinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily refinery/smelting production activities.
• Plan production schedules, furnace loading and manpower allocation.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Analyse production performance and implement process improvements.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency and equipment utilisation.
• Lead preventive maintenance planning to minimise equipment downtime.
• Manage production inventory and optimise material usage.
• Ensure compliance with company Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
