Vacancy Description
Reporting to the Company Secretary, this role will assist with maintaining accurate corporate records, supporting ASIC filing requirements and providing broader administrative support to the Company Secretariat team.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange execution of documents and maintain accurate records.
- Update and maintain entity records within the corporate database.
- Assist with ASIC filing requirements.
- Manage hardcopy corporate records for Perth-based entities, including organising historical records.
- Process invoices and manage credit card reconciliation.
- Assist with travel coordination, diary management and invoicing.
- Provide leave coverage for the Assistant Company Secretary and Company Secretariat Coordinator as required.
