Role

The Secondary Assistant Head – Learning & Teaching will lead standards of learning & teaching for the secondary phase, support teachers in the implementation of ISP’s Learning First approach, and deliver English classes across secondary phase.

Responsibilities

• Implement the core tenets of ISP’s Learning First approach throughout all subjects and year groups.
• Lead CPD and oversee daily standards of learning & teaching.
