Supervise a team Seat Engineers whose primary responsibility is to Design, Release and integrate all seat components and assemblies for global programs. Lead the development and integration of seat components and assemblies to deliver both current and forward model seating actions on time, with quality, meeting both engineering, cost, and attribute deliverables.
