Seasonal Matsuhisa-Style Sushi Chef

Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz invites an experienced Sushi Chef to join our Matsuhisa-style kitchen for a fixed-term season from late November to March.

You will craft high-quality sushi and sashimi, present at the counter, and participate in a dynamic show kitchen with our culinary team. A completed Sushi Chef qualification is required, with at least eight years’ experience including Nobu/Matsuhisa exposure.
