Search and Rescue Simulator Instructor Position

CAE seeks a Simulator Instructor focusing on Search and Rescue operations. Engage with aircrew in simulation settings while enhancing training programs across Canada.
As part of CAE Defense & Security, you will instruct RCAF aircrew in Search and Rescue and Air Drop operations, utilizing advanced simulation tools. You'll work independently and as part of a cohesive team to meet diverse training needs, ensuring quality improvement and program sustainability throughout the training lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver SAR training in practical and classroom settings
• Collaborate to create and enhance training materials
• Demonstrate aerial delivery and safety techniques
• Engage in the development of new training courses
• Support the continuous improvement of training methodologies
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in SAR or Air Drop Systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
