Position Overview
The SEA Service Admin and Service Sales will lead and enhance service administration and backend operations across Southeast Asia using DHR Lean principles. The role focuses on achieving operational metrics, optimizing resources, and delivering timely reports. It reports to the Head of Service for SEA & TW and is part of the Service Organization , covering Southeast Asia with regional travel.
Responsibilities- Manage Service Operations: Oversee end-to-end service contract management, warranty and repair coordination, billing, service calls, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Support Business and Process Excellence: Handle service quotations, inventory, and inquiries; document backend processes; and ensure data accuracy through SAP and SFDC.
