SEA Export & OTC Customer Service Specialist

is seeking a Customer Service Officer for the SEA region to manage end-to-end order management and customer service activities. The role supports inter-company and third-party customers while ensuring compliance with trade regulations and internal procedures.

You will coordinate export shipments, manage orders in SAP, and liaise with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance and Sales to ensure accurate fulfillment.
