The Scrum Master plays a crucial role as a conduit between product/line-of-business owners and development teams. The primary role of the Scrum Master is to conduct agile ceremonies such as planning, retrospection, review, and daily standups, report generation, and removing impediments raised by the teams while keeping stakeholders up to date with progress.

• Helping software development teams apply the SAFe framework
• The Scrum Master keeps the team organized and on track by hosting daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
• Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance
• Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work, resolving conflicts, and removing obstacles that occur
