**What You Will Do** **:**

+ Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across cross-functional Product, Development, and QA teams to support timely, high-quality software delivery.
+ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and SAFe methodologies to strengthen adoption and delivery maturity.
+ Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals and delivery commitments.
+ Use Agile metrics, including velocity, predictability, and team health, to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
