IT Program Manager / Scrum Master – Reporting
The role will play a critical leadership role in enabling predictable, high‑quality delivery of enterprise reporting solutions within the Chief Data Office. This role blends strong Agile/Scrum Master capabilities with traditional program and stakeholder management skills, operating at the intersection of business, data, and technology.
The individual will be responsible for driving Agile execution across one or more Reporting delivery teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum and SDLC standards, managing dependencies and risks, and serving as a trusted partner to Product Owners, Data Engineering, Business, and Governance stakeholders. The role emphasizes delivery transparency, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution in a complex, regulated data environment.
