ELEKS is looking for a Scrum Master in Argentina.


ABOUT PROJECT


Our Client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the USA, serving over 25 million members. ELEKS is expanding the team in Argentina to work with this client and contribute to delivering secure, high-quality technology solutions for the client’s enterprise ecosystem.


As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams, helping optimize delivery flow, manage cross-team dependencies, and improve visibility across end-to-end data workflows in a complex enterprise environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in enterprise environments

  • Experience working with Data & Analytics teams (data pipelines, ETL/ELT, BI/reporting)

  • Strong understanding of flow-based delivery (Kanban) and experience with WIP, cycle time, lead time
