The Opportunity:

As a scrum master, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing, securing and creating efficiency incritical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need an experienced scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll support the Army client.

On our team, you’ll coach a development team to their highest performance level, while ensuring the scrum project is successfully progressed. You’ll ensure scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll execute Scrum methodologies for a product lifecycle, guide teams in the Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate the product team's progress toward team goals, lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high performing team, coordinate with other teams, suppo...
