Reporting to the Mine Supervisor, you will be part of the Mine Operations Department.

Responsibilities

• Operate jumbo drilling equipment in underground mining operations to ensure effective and safe drilling processes.
• Ensure that goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle values, the Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
• Maintain completed and ongoing competence with required core modules: Staging, Drilling, Rock Bolting, Blasting, Operate Scoop, Extend Services, Operate Utility Vehicle, Fall Arrest Training.
• Competently perform all Mining 4 functions (Production/Development) in accordance with the KLG Underground Mining Classification Guideline.
• Demonstrate competence in relevant UG Hardrock common core; maintain housekeeping by keeping work areas clean and free from hazards.
