Job Summary
The Scientific Leader, Formulation Development Technical supports all activities required to develop, optimise and scale‑up a stable solid dose formulation and prepare it for commercial production, including the third and fourth NPD Milestones (Stable Formulation and Stability Start) and the final Launch Milestone.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop formulations for selected products.
- Conduct patent searches, review scientific literature, and recommend formulation development strategies.
- Attend trainings, seminars, and presentations to maintain expertise.
- Communicate with buyers, peers, and plant supervisors to secure APIs, excipients, tooling, and scheduling of experimental trials.
- Coordinate with documentation groups to ensure availability of trial documents, process evaluation, and optimization records.
