Provide leadership in the development and evaluation of school-based health policies and proceduresLeadership and active participation on the Student Support and Intervention Team (SSIT)Participate on the School-based Leadership Team (SBLT)Develop Individualized Care Plans (IHP) and monitor interventions and outcomesDevelop Emergency Health Plans (EHP) for school staff to inform critical response and outline emergency procedures for students with life-threatening health conditionsProvide training and monitor the quality and safety of nursing interventions (including medication administration) delegated to non-nurse school staff (Delegation is defined as transferring the responsibility of performing a nursing activity to another person while retaining accountability for the outcome)Serve as an active participation on Individual Education Plan (IEP) and 504 teamsEducate sch...
