School Caretaker

Hours: Split Shift - 7am-9am & 3pm-6pm, Mon-Fri
Employment Type: Initial agency contract with view to be made permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Leading on Site Security and ensuring all buildings are secured properly each day
Carry out general maintenance checks, including cleaning and minor repairs as needed
Perform security checks to ensure the safety of the premises
Assist with the setup and cleanup of school events and activities
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Lock up or open the school securely depending on agreed shift pattern
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor/Caretaker or in a similar role is preferred
