School-Based Youth Counsellor & Wellbeing Coach

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a kaupapa-driven community organisation in Northland to recruit a Counsellor/Social Worker focused on rangatahi in school-based programmes addressing mental health, wellbeing, and early intervention.

You will provide 1:1 counselling, brief interventions, and education, building resilience and positive choices with young people, whānau, and schools, within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
