Scheduling Specialist

As Channel Scheduling Specialist – Retail, you will play a key role in helping One NZ deliver a seamless omni‑channel customer experience by ensuring our frontline retail teams are scheduled effectively and supported to perform at their best. Working closely with the Senior Scheduling Specialist, you will help coordinate day‑to‑day rostering across touch, talk, and type channels, making sure schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned to customer demand, store trading patterns, and business priorities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and calm under pressure, with a genuine interest in improving how things work. You will help enable right‑first‑time capability across retail, support multi‑skilled teams, and look for ways to simplify or automate processes so scheduling is more efficient, responsive, and effective for both our people and our customers.
