The Scheduling & Plans Support Administrator provides essential administrative support to Account Managers for scheduling and entering of Frame & Truss orders.
In this role, you’ll work closely with an assigned group of Account Managers, the Production Scheduling team, and the Pricing & Estimating team to ensure building plans are entered accurately and on time for pricing, and that approved orders are entered promptly for manufacturing. A key part of the role is optimising production dates against customer timeframes, through proactive scheduling coordination and clear, professional communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
