Vacancy Description
**Purpose and Scope:**
Scheduler/Planners are responsible for Maximo generated work activities and ensuring that all work performed is planned, estimated, scheduled, and documented accordingly per the PWS. As part of this process, the schedulers will analyze, correct, and prioritize work to ensure validity and correctness of each work order. Scheduler/Planners are also responsible for reporting deviations that will affect metric driven performance and obtain customer approvals prior to beginning or continuing work.
**Job Duties and Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Perform scheduling activities including documenting, providing status, tracking, and coordinating contractual obligations under the BOSS Contract.
+ Interact with customers to ensure completion of scheduled tasks and customer satisfaction
+ Ensure work documentation has been reviewed by prior entities prior to execution, for proper coding, priority, and classification.
