About the role

Bilibili is building its creator ecosystem in Southeast Asia from the ground up. Where our Creator Operations Specialists win a small number of anchor creators, this role owns breadth and retention: you bring creators onto Bilibili at volume, get them active fast, and keep the wider creator community engaged and publishing. You will own the creator supply funnel for your market end-to-end including acquisition, onboarding, activation, and community retention, running it as a data-driven, repeatable engine, not one relationship at a time.

What you'll do

1. Scale the creator funnel (volume, in-house owned)

a. Own the top of the creator funnel for your market, run structured, multi-channel outbound - email, DM, social, referral - that consistenyl converts volume into a sustained qualified creator pipeline.
