Scaffolding Supervisor

Supervise all scaffolding erection, modification and dismantling activities on site. Ensure scaffolding works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, method statements and safety standards. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and contractors for scaffolding requirements and planning. Ensure all scaffolding materials are inspected, certified and fit for use. Monitor workforce to ensure safe working practices and proper use of PPE. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ADNOC standards and international scaffolding codes. Identify hazards and implement risk control measures. Ensure proper tagging system (Scafftag) is implemented and maintained. Stop unsafe activities and report incidents, near misses or violations. Maintain daily reports and coordinate inspections with client consultant. Lead and manage scaffolding teams effectively to meet project deadlines.
