Vacancy Description
- Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with company industry and safety standards (e.g. OSHA BS 5975 API RP 54.
- Conduct daily inspections of erected scaffolds and ensure they are safe for use.
- Certify and approve scaffolding structures before use issuing appropriate inspection tags.
- Ensure scaffolding materials and components meet required quality and specifications.
- Coordinate with scaffolding supervisors site engineers and safety officers to maintain high safety standards.
- Identify and report any hazards unsafe practices or noncompliance issues.
- Provide guidance on proper scaffold erection maintenance and dismantling procedures.
- Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with risk assessment and method statement (RAMS).
