Scaffolding & Formwork Manager

Job Summary

The Scaffolding Formwork Manager oversees all temporary structures on-site. They ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective design, erection, and dismantling. This role requires extensive technical expertise with PERI and Doka systems.

Key Responsibilities

• System Selection – Choose optimal PERI and Doka systems for project needs
• Design Review – Approve technical drawings, load calculations, and structural layouts
• Inventory Control – Manage the procurement, rental, and tracking of components
• Safety Compliance – Enforce local safety regulations and international scaffolding standards
• On‑Site Supervision – Oversee subcontractors during assembly and dismantling phases
• Cost Management – Monitor budgets, minimize material damage, and reduce wastage
• Technical Support – Resolve complex engineering challenges on‑site using proprietary software
