**We're seeking an experienced and safety-focused Scaffold Builder Leadman**

**to join our team.** In this role, you'll lead a crew in the safe erection, modification,

inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems for industrial construction

and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills,

extensive scaffold-building experience, and a commitment to safety, quality,

and productivity while ensuring work is completed in accordance with project

specifications and company standards.
