SBDC Business Consultant

Job Purpose

This position will provide individual consulting and training to current and prospective business owners. The SBDC (Small Business Development Center) Business Consultant will work with communities, organizations, and other agencies to disseminate general business information.

Essential Duties - Provides high quality business consulting services to clients in the Scranton SBDC’s service area across full spectrum of business functions by performing analyses, making recommendations, and educating clients about small business strategies
- Works collaboratively with a variety of internal and external constituents including internal departments of the University; community and economic development and resource agencies; the PASBDC; and the general public
