Working out of Sawmill Market in one of our five different kitchens! 

Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks:

Will work in one of our Sawmill Market Kitchens; either Mercantile Cafe, Flora Taco, Little Madrid Tapas, Fish n' Chips, or Red and Green New Mexican Food. 

Work under direction of Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
