Savoury Sous Chef - French/Mediterranean Kitchen Lead

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of kitchen experience, with a strong focus on French and Mediterranean cuisine. Knowledge of food safety regulations and fluency in English are essential, while proficiency in French or another European language is preferred.
