• Serve as the primary link between customers and Satair to drive end‑to‑end management of Integrated Material Services (IMS) orders.
• Ensure on‑time parts availability.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Execute all aspects of IMS order handling with energy and enthusiasm.
