Serve as the primary link between customers and Satair to drive the end-to-end management of Integrated Material Services (IMS) orders. Ensure on-time parts availability. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Execute all aspects of IMS order handling with energy and enthusiasm.

• Provide high quality customer service towards IMS customers.
• Understand customer requirements and transform into fulfilment actions.
• Act as the primary interface between the customer and the internal organisation for all aspects of the order management process.
