Saskatoon Power Engineer Position

Become a pivotal team member as a Power Engineer at Saputo's Saskatoon facility. In this full-time role, you will manage and maintain high-pressure boilers, contributing to a dynamic operation.
At Saputo, you’ll be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of 600HP and 300 HP Fire Tube Boilers within a 24/7 environment. You will report directly to the Power Engineer and collaborate with maintenance teams. A 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate is required, with preferred skills in mechanical repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and experience in food production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain in compliance with safety standards
• Execute repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical components
• Perform plumbing activities including copper soldering
• Work independently while adhering to operation schedules
• Ensure routine maintenance checks and records are kept
