Enhance pediatric mental health care as a locum Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with the Saskatchewan Health Authority in Saskatoon. This role begins ASAP and offers diverse clinical settings.
The SHA and the University of Saskatchewan invite applications for a locum Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. You’ll provide key services in outpatient and inpatient contexts, addressing young patients' mental health needs. Participation in educational initiatives and shared call coverage with your peers is also part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address mental health needs of pediatric patients
• Provide clinical services across multiple settings
• Consult on medical and surgical units
• Engage in teaching opportunities with the Department
• Perform shared call coverage with colleagues
Requirements:
• Certified or eligible for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Preferred five years clinical experience
• Must be eligible for licensure in Saskatchewan
