SAP Time Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Time Management (HCM-TM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP Time Management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of time tracking, attendance, payroll integration, and relevant business processes to ensure efficient and accurate time management for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP HCM Time Management module implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Configure SAP HCM Time Management functionalities, including time evaluation, absence and attendance types, work schedules, shift planning, and overtime rules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Time Management solutions.
