SAP Technical Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. SAP Business One Application Support

   Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP Business One users across all departments.

   Troubleshoot and resolve SAP B1 issues related to sales, purchasing, inventory, production, finance, and service modules.

   Monitor system performance and ensure business transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

   Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user‑reported issues.

   Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

2. SAP Business One Development and Customization

   Develop and maintain SAP B1 add‑ons, customisations, and enhancements based on business requirements.

   Create and modify SAP B1 queries, formatted searches, user‑defined fields (UDFs), user‑defined tables (UDTs), and user‑defined objects (UDOs).

   Develop reports using Crystal Reports and SAP B1 reporting tools.
