People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) Consultant, based in KL, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
Work together with customers to compile and evaluate business needs pertaining to talent management and human resources.Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions and provide recommendations for configuring and customizing the system.Oversee or assist with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals, Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and others.Ensure that the system is integrated with other pertinent modules and outside programs.Develop and implement unique SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet certain company needs.Work together with technical teams and developers to create and implement extensions, integrations, and advancements.
