Analyze, design, and optimize talent management workflows, including performance appraisals and career development processes, using SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, including applicant tracking and learning platforms. Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.
