Role Summary
SAP SDM responsible for
end‑to‑end delivery and governance of SAP services (AMS / Projects / Enhancements)
across customer accounts. The role acts as the
primary interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams

SLA adherence, service quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement
.
Key Skills & Competencies
Functional & Technical
Strong SAP expertise (S/4HANA / ECC)
Understanding of:
SAP modules (SD/MM/FICO/PP etc.)
SAP integrations (PI/PO, APIs, BTP)
Knowledge of AMS and support models
Service Management
ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release)
SLA/KPI governance and reporting
Experience in ServiceNow or similar tools
