SAP Service Delivery Lead

EY is looking for a SAP Service Delivery Management Executive in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SAP application services, ensuring quality and SLAs are met while coordinating effectively with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in SAP support or IT operations, strong communication skills, and the capability to handle multiple priorities. Familiarity with ITIL framework is an advantage.
