Job Responsibilities:


Lead Solution Discovery, Standard Conformity Workshop, Architecture Design for Japanese expansion
Strengthen global templates and introduce Japan localization
Act as design authority, approve deviations, ensure governance compliance
Define integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems (MES, PMC, legacy, third-party tools)
Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders, global process owners, and IT leadership
Drive roll-out across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, and Go-Live stages
Ensure compliance with Japanese statutory, auditing, and control requirements
