The SAP Program Director / Sales Leader is a dual‑accountability leadership role responsible for driving SAP‑led revenue growth, managing large transformation programs, and shaping SAP go‑to‑market strategy across Malaysia.
The role requires deep, current SAP market intelligence, strong CXO‑level customer relationships, and the ability to originate, structure, and close large SAP transformation deals while ensuring program excellence and delivery assurance.
This position serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, a growth engine for SAP business, and a bridge between sales, delivery, SAP ecosystem partners, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
SAP Market Intelligence & Strategy (Malaysia)
Own and continuously update end‑to‑end SAP market intelligence for Malaysia, including: Customer SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IBP)
SAP roadmap adoption trends and timelines
Competitor positioning (global SIs, local partners, hype...
