Responsibilities Develop business blueprint by conducting interviews and workshops for project or support enhancements Translate Business Requirements into Functional Requirements and Technical Specifications Ensure alignment between IT and Business during the project lifecycle – Design, Build, Test, Training, Go-Live, Post Go Live Support Perform configuration/system changes to meet business requirements as needed in SAP S/4 Hana Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement and Sourcing Drive change management process and ensure schedule adherence by collaborating with business, solution architects, cross functional consultants and developers Perform impact analysis of the change and provide mitigation plan for impacted objects Solve complex business problems by defining the problem statement, identifying the root cause, considering possible options and recommending the best solution Maintain SLAs and provide timely response to stakeholders for inc...
