SAP PM Consultant

We're supporting a global manufacturing organisation on a major SAP ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Lead to join a long-term international rollout.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the SAP Plant Maintenance workstream across international manufacturing sites.
• Facilitate workshops with maintenance and operations teams to understand current processes and future business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between existing business processes and the SAP template, recommending improvements where required.
• Define and validate functional process designs that support maintenance operations.
• Develop and deliver training to business users, ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
• Provide onsite support during cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.
