Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient & timely receipt, storage, issue of materials.
• Verify the inbound documents and check the purchase order status in ERP before offloading.
• Post the GRN in ERP as per the physical receipt of goods.
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing with source document.
• Prepare picking list against process order/ out bound order in ERP.
• Post the goods issue document after completing the picking and transfer to production or the loading into trucks.
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintains proper filing system which enables fast retrieval and protect confidentiality of documents.
• Conduct daily perpetual stock verification & monthly stock verification.
• Prepare & circulate daily WH activity reports & other reports related to warehousing.
