Role OverviewIn this role you will establish and lead a team of GSRs in Mexico, reporting directly to a US manager.
Your primary objective is to create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC) that supports the existing dedicated teams.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and lead the shared service team of 8 GSRs in Mexico.Streamline and document processes across dedicated teams to enhance efficiency and reduce workload.Collaborate closely with LL6s worldwide to ensure high collaboration.Manage functional reporting for resources in Mexico and remain available to travel as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.5‐7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls.Minimum of 2 years proven experience leading and managing IT teams in a global or multi‐location setting.Strong technical skills in SAP Basis administration and Security & Controls, with familiarity in SAP m...
