Responsibilities
- Design and implement SAP Joule use cases across business functions.
- Configure and integrate SAP Business AI and Joule with SAP applications.
- Develop AI-powered business scenarios using SAP BTP, SAP AI Core, and SAP AI Launchpad .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and productivity opportunities using Joule.
- Integrate SAP Joule with external GenAI platforms and APIs where required.
- Develop conversational AI solutions, prompts, and workflows to improve user experience.
- Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SAP Joule implementations and AI services.
- Prepare technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- 4+ years of SAP experience with 1+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Joule / SAP Business AI.
