RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Support the team in managing a portfolio of clients, gaining exposure to reporting strategy discussions;
• Assist in identifying and recommending best practice reports for specific client profiles, industries, or use cases under the guidance of senior consultants;
• Participate in gathering business requirements, help translate those requirements into report or dashboard designs, and contribute to their development;
• Shadow and assist in client interactions to understand how reporting results are distributed and communicated within client organizations;
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of client trainings on Cognos or Concur data models, gradually contributing to sessions as confidence grows;
• Learn to effectively manage expectations and timelines in a customer-facing environment;
• Collaborate actively across teams to contribute to the best possible customer experience.
